Dashboard Overview
When you log in, the dashboard displays key metrics and recent activity at a glance. The layout is organized into several sections:
Key Metrics Cards
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find summary cards showing:
- Total Visitors: The number of unique visitors recorded in the system.
- Visits This Month: Total check-ins for the current calendar month.
- First-Time Visitors: Visitors on their first visit this month.
- Return Rate: Percentage of visitors who have come back for a second or third visit.
- Pending Tasks: Follow-up tasks that need attention.
Recent Activity Feed
The activity feed shows a chronological list of recent events, including:
- New visitor registrations
- Check-ins for the day
- Completed follow-up tasks
- Emails and SMS messages sent
- Staff assignment changes
Click on any activity item to view more details or navigate to the related record.
Upcoming Follow-up Tasks
This section lists tasks that are due or overdue, such as:
- Personal phone calls to first-time visitors
- Welcome emails to send
- Small group invitations to extend
- Pastor outreach for special follow-up
You can mark tasks complete directly from the dashboard or assign them to other staff members.
Visitor Trends Chart
A visual chart displays visitor trends over time, helping you identify patterns such as:

Customizing Your Dashboard
Administrators can customize which widgets appear on the dashboard. Click the Customize button in the top-right corner to add, remove, or rearrange dashboard sections.
